Returns & exchanges

We hope you love it, but if you need to make a return, breathe easy. Returns can be done in person or by mail.

Our returns and exchanges policy

If you purchased an item from Bayleaf Herbals and you've changed your mind, you can swap it for another item or return it. Simply send it back with proof of purchase within 30 days of your delivery date and we’ll exchange it, or give you a refund using your original payment method.

All items must be unmarked, undamaged and in their original condition with the seal intact.

Returns via post

All returns/exchanges are at the buyers own expense, unless the item was faulty or the wrong item was sent.

Note: Bayleaf Herbals is not responsible for any loss or damage of your return during transit.

In-person returns

We accept returns through our nursery in Way Way, or via our market stalls.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and processed, your order will be refunded. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. The shipping costs of your original order are excluded from the amount to be refunded.

Faulty/incorrect items

We will always do our best to ensure proper quality control before dispatch. If your item is incorrect, damaged or faulty, please contact our team as quickly as possible.

How to I return or exchange an item?

Please send our friendly team an email at bayleafherbals@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. You will receive instructions by email.
