A versatile, must-have first aid balm that is great for insect bites and stings from mozzies, fleas, flies, ticks, leeches, bees or wasps. It can also be used for hives, mild eczema, scrapes, sores, cuts, scaly spots, dermatitis, acne, minor infections and skin inflammation. It can be helpful with radiation burns during radiotherapy. It is safe for babies, young children, pregnant and lactating mums... and has been found to work on our pet dogs too!
It contains calendula, plantain & chickweed, grown and harvested at our herb farm for maximum benefits, then infused in a light oil.
These three herbs all have amazing properties, but together they punch above their weight as a group of dynamic team players.
Chickweed soothes & cools the skin which helps with itch relief.
Calendula has anti-fungal and antibacterial properties. It tackles inflammation and moisturises the skin.
Plantain is anti-fungal, antibacterial, antiviral and calming. It contains allantoin which helps with cell growth and healing. It’s mucilage properties sooth, moisten and cool, thus reducing inflammation.
