Rub a small amount onto your temples, wrists, chest or pillow, when you are feeling stressed, have a headache, mild anxiety, or feel sleep-deprived from an overactive mind.
If symptoms persist or deteriorate, please visit your preferred medical practitioner. If irritation occurs discontinue use.
